Blue Yonder's Evolve Gaming Platform
The Evolve Platform consists of a set of complementary technologies ranging from downloadable games, centrally configured and administered gaming, server based Class 3, VLT and Class 2 gaming engines running on existing slot machine style hardware to mobile wireless gaming and beyond.
The Evolve server runs in several environments including Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008 with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 and also on your favorite Linux platform and open source database, such as the powerful PostgreSQL database. The core of the system runs on the .NET platform, either under Microsoft Windows or the open source Mono platform on Linux. The Evolve client environment can be customized to fit with current content platforms such as Adobe Flash and also with platforms such as OpenGL running both on Microsoft Windows and Linux based operating systems.
